End product was really good. He was always willing to make the changes I requested. Improvements could be made by carefully reading the request and following instructions more carefully. Had to frequently ask the same thing several times before it was right. improvements could be made in reviewing changes made in one issue to reflect those same changes in the overall site Just more attention to careful detail. As I said, in the end the result was great and I am grateful and happy. But it required so much time snd careful oversight to get what I needed
